  Re-inspect any structures under this policy at any time during the year in the area(s) that termites are in evidence, at no additional charges.
• NEW TREATMENTS:
  Locally treat any new termite infestation(s) at any time during the year to the structure(s)
  covered under this policy, at no additional charges.
• OTHER WOOD DESTROYING PESTS:
  Locally treat other wood-destroying pests that may not have been noted at the original time the extermination was contracted for, at no additional charges.
• LIFETIME FUMIGATION WARRANTY:
  Re-fumigate any structure(s) that have been originally fumigated by Buy-Rite Termite Control if the evidence indicates that the termites are inaccessible and in areas that cannot be locally treated, at no additional charges.
• PREVENTIVE TREATMENTS:
  Perform preventive treatments to the structure(s) as needed and pre-treat new construction attached to the structure(s) covered under this policy, at no additional charges
• ESCROW OR LOAN CLEARANCE:
  Furnish inspection reports and certifications for escrow or loan clearances (for a nominal fee).
